A challenging project incorporating various construction methods – steel frame brick and block with burnt larch cladding, 3 types of roof construction from traditional Welsh slate , warm GRP flat roof and cold sloping roof with a combination of cladding and grp with hidden gutters. Crittal glazing and large scale fixed roof light and underfloor heating thought-out.
