Complex kitchen extension

Dean and his team completed a large and technically complex kitchen extension for us last year along with a patio and garden landscaping. Dean is an extremely competent builder who is technically brilliant. This was extremely important on this project due to the complexity of the design which brought several challenges at build stage. Dean worked with our architect along with our chosen suppliers as well as his own to overcome them resulting in something we are absolutely over the moon with. Deans team are hardworking, tidy and again skilled at what they do. The team were here when they said they would be and on time working early mornings and sometimes past 5 to ensure that the project was completed on time. Daily discussions on site ensured that anything that needed to be discussed with us as the client was done so in a timely manner. We can’t thank Dean and his team enough for bringing our vision to life and creating our dream kitchen and living space.

WIDENING THE DRIVE TO THE HOUSE TO ACCOMMODATE TWO VEHICLES SIDE BY SIDE, 12 METRES LONG. EXCAVATING OLD GRAVEL AND SUBSOIL MATERIAL AND REPLACING WITH NEW SLATE, PLUS CONSTRUCTION OF A SMALL SANDSTONE RETAINING WALL. CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION OF 20 METRES OF PICKET FENCING

NEW DRIVEWAY AND LANDSCAPING IN GUILDEN SUTTON NEAR CHESTER

Gott Construction We have been extremely satisfied with the work of this company. The work undertaken this year has been as follows: 1. The construction of a new driveway using a slate gravel finish with block kerbing and cobbles to entrance together with associated drainage works which were thoroughly addressed. 2. Removal of hedgerow. 3. The levelling of adjacent field and additional drainage work. 4. The construction of two raised planters using sleepers. 5. Construction of patio and paths and other hardstanding areas using block paving. 6. Construction of workshop/studio. 7. Laying of turf to garden area. 8. Filling in a disused inspection pit. 9. Ducting for electrics and water. All works were completed to a very high standard. The site was left clean and tidy where possible after each working day and safety barriers were used where appropriate. The workforce conducted themselves in a very pleasant manner throughout and, where problems arose due to unexpected circumstances, solutions were found and agreed on very amicably. We would have no hesitation to recommending this company.

Very professional, friendly and reliable company. Also very flexible due to weather conditions when work originally scheduled. New guttering, fixture, pipes done at same time as roofs. Good communication throughout. Will definitely use again for remaining works on house.

Really pleased with the end result and the quick timescales. I would recommend if you anyone is considering similar work. I found Dean and the guys really personable and felt involved in the process / welcome to comment / observe progress etc. The work was completed ahead of schedule as they really cracked on with the job. I will be considering Dean and the guys for future work.

Excellent experience from initial meeting to completion. Regular updates throughout. They turned up on site every working day Monday to Friday and worked hard. Full FMB contract before commencing and the agreed extra work was completed. Payment method adopted very straightforward. Snagging swiftly completed where necessary. Neighbours very pleased with their attitude and co-operation as well. Highly recommended.

Just had a fantastic job completed by Gott Construction. After developing a big problem on our pathway and realising it occurred from the neighbouring property, Dean came round discussed all our option’s and sort a resolution to both property’s. Whilst on site and completing the work, Dean and his team were polite respectful friendly and exceptionally tidy. We would have no hesitation in having them for further work in the future. Work was planned and completed per my requirements. Dean was helpful in finding / agreeing solutions to any problems and very flexible as issues arose. Both he and Tim were considerate and worked hard to keep the project to time. Extras were agreed in advance and charged for in a very fair manner. Despite the works being quite disruptive they worked hard to minimise the impact.

Gott Construction were tasked with demolishing and rebuilding a 42 meter retaining wall, resurfacing a 200sq meter footpath, building an 11 meter timber bowling shelter and rebuilding a timber edged gutter around the bowling green. From start to finish Gott Construction exceeded our expectations at every level, the level of workmanship is amazing, They have completely transformed what was once a run down eyesore of a bowling green to a vibrant modern looking bowling facility that the Teams and people of Upton-by Chester can be proud of. I would recommend Gott Construction to everyone. Fantastic.

We had a large driveway amended and re-surfaced recently. We found Dean and his crew reliable, professional, very hard-working, and pleasant to have around (can’t help the noise of the machinery!). They kept us informed of any changes in time, discussed the job and costs in detail (improving the spec on the way), and took great pains to get the job right.
